How I work
We can either have a (free) initial discussion to just check that you feel you can work with me or you could decide to book an initial (paid for) consultation session so that we can have a more intense, meaningful discussion about you and your business aspirations to hopefully kick off a longer working relationship to help business grow. The cost of this session will be refunded if we go on to action a full consultancy programme.
Whatever you decide, everything I do will start with a written proposal of the expected work involved, the outcomes (deliverables), the ideal timescale and the cost. There will be regular review stages where we can evaluate the work to date to help business grow and decide whether we need to change the terms of reference going forward. If anything changes, you will see a revised proposal and costs before you are committed to anything.
