How I work

I practice the first law of marketing - that my role is to answer your (the customer’s) need! So I’ll work how you want to – on a project or retainer basis, with a combination of face-to-face, telephone and email contact. 

Whatever you decide, everything I do will start with a written proposal of the expected work involved, the outcomes (deliverables), the ideal timescale and the cost. 

 

There will be regular review stages where we can evaluate the work to date and decide whether we need to change the terms of reference going forward. If anything alters, you will see a revised proposal and costs before you are committed to anything.

 

People buy people so you need to meet me first but I can assure you that, working with me, you will have someone who positively challenges and supports you to fulfil your business aspirations and achieve your objectives.
